Volunteers that work in the local Family History Centers and Public Libraries (that have genealogy collections) are always willing and able to help you with your family line research. This humorous "tongue in cheek" video clip shows that the volunteers that work in the Birmingham Public Library being helpful to their patrons when all the Internet resources and other book resources are not able to assist you in your research.
